E+H質(zhi)量(liang)流量(liang)計(ji)硬(ying)件(jian)故(gu)障
若出(chu)現誤(wu)差(cha)偏(pian)大,積(ji)算器(qi)顯示(shi)不(bu)亮(liang)或(huo)不(bu)增值(zhi),顯(xian)示(shi)器(qi)空白位等(deng)現(xian)象(xiang),其(qi)原因:
a.安(an)裝不(bu)規(gui)範(fan),可(ke)直接(jie)導(dao)致流量(liang)計(ji)零漂,如(ru)質(zhi)量(liang)流量(liang)計(ji)安(an)裝在(zai)泵出(chu)口(kou)處較近,傳感(gan)器(qi)支撐強度(du)不(bu)夠(gou),連(lian)接法蘭(lan)焊(han)接不(bu)當(dang)產(chan)生應(ying)力(li)信號(hao),電纜(lan)受(shou)電磁幹(gan)擾(rao)。
b.接線問(wen)題
若出(chu)現顯(xian)示(shi)器(qi)不(bu)亮(liang)現(xian)象(xiang),應(ying)檢查積(ji)算(suan)器(qi)電源連(lian)線(xian),若出(chu)現保(bao)險(xian)絲被燒,應(ying)確認(ren)輸(shu)入電壓與標(biao)準(zhun)電壓標稱(cheng)值(zhi),交(jiao)直流形式是(shi)否*。又若出(chu)現積(ji)算器(qi)不(bu)隨(sui)流量(liang)增加(jia)時(shi),應(ying)檢查積(ji)算(suan)器(qi)接線(xian),若積(ji)算器(qi)裝有(you)正(zheng)/反向程(cheng)序(xu),應(ying)檢查流量(liang)計(ji)接(jie)線(xian),因(yin)流量(liang)計(ji)接(jie)線(xian)不(bu)正(zheng)確,會使積算器(qi)在反向流時(shi)不(bu)遞增。
c.工(gong)藝(yi)介質變化
若測(ce)量(liang)介質出(chu)現(xian)夾(jia)氣,氣化(hua)或兩(liang)相(xiang)流等(deng)現(xian)象(xiang),變送器(qi)會出(chu)現報警(jing)顯(xian)示(shi),嚴重(zhong)時(shi),傳感(gan)器(qi)停(ting)止工作。
d.變送器(qi)失效。

E+H質(zhi)量(liang)流量(liang)計(ji)故(gu)障處理(li)——對(dui)於剛校(xiao)驗(yan)完的流量(liang)計(ji)安(an)裝使用前(qian)壹(yi)定要註意在當(dang)前(qian)工(gong)況下的零點校驗(yan),必(bi)須(xu)保證(zheng)流量(liang)計(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)滿介質後(hou)關閉(bi)兩(liang)端截(jie)止閥(fa)才能(neng)零點標定(ding),具(ju)體(ti)的方法有(you)很多(duo)種,面板(ban)操作(zuo)、手(shou)操(cao)器(qi)以及(ji)使用prolinkⅡ軟(ruan)件。
a.零點校準(zhun)有(you)誤(wu)。
b.參(can)數(shu)設(she)置(zhi)有誤(wu)。
c.電源的脈沖(chong)波(bo)動。
