VICKERS電磁(ci)閥出(chu)來(lai)的(de)先(xian)導油控(kong)制(zhi)主(zhu)換向閥閥芯(xin)的移(yi)動,使工作泵的(de)來(lai)油進(jin)入(ru)動(dong)臂(bi)油缸(gang)實(shi)現動臂(bi)上(shang)升。比(bi)例(li)先(xian)導減壓(ya)閥的(de)輸出(chu)壓(ya)力越(yue)大,控(kong)制(zhi)主(zhu)換向閥閥芯(xin)的位(wei)移越大,主(zhu)換向閥通(tong)過的(de)流量越(yue)大,動臂上升的(de)速度(du)越快。當操作(zuo)手柄拉*限位置(zhi)時,手柄中的限位電磁(ci)鐵(tie)通(tong)電,手(shou)柄在(zai)極限位置(zhi)被吸合。動(dong)臂(bi)以zui大(da)的速度上升,當升至(zhi)動臂(bi)上位限位開關所(suo)限定的(de)位置(zhi)時,操作(zuo)手柄限位電磁(ci)鐵(tie)斷電,手(shou)柄自動恢(hui)復到中位,動臂(bi)就可保持在(zai)所(suo)限定的(de)位置(zhi)。在(zai)動(dong)臂上升的(de)過程(cheng)中,若(ruo)需要(yao)動(dong)臂(bi)在(zai)某(mou)壹位(wei)置(zhi)停(ting)留,則(ze)需將操作(zuo)手柄退回(hui)中位。
VICKERS電磁(ci)閥主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)在(zai)電氣(qi)液(ye)壓(ya)伺(si)服系統(tong)中作為執(zhi)行元件(見液(ye)壓(ya)伺(si)服系統(tong))。在(zai)伺(si)服系統(tong)中,液壓(ya)執行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)同(tong)電氣(qi)及(ji)氣(qi)動執行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)相(xiang)比(bi),具有(you)快速(su)性(xing)好、單(dan)位(wei)重量(liang)輸(shu)出(chu)功率(lv)大、傳(chuan)動平(ping)穩(wen)、抗幹(gan)擾能(neng)力強(qiang)等特點。另壹方(fang)面,在(zai)伺(si)服系統(tong)中傳(chuan)遞信(xin)號(hao)和(he)校正(zheng)特性(xing)時多用(yong)電氣(qi)元(yuan)件(jian)。因(yin)此(ci),現代(dai)高性(xing)能(neng)的伺(si)服系統(tong)也都采用(yong)電液(ye)方(fang)式(shi),伺(si)服閥就是這種(zhong)系統(tong)的必需元(yuan)件(jian)。
VICKERS電磁(ci)閥和(he)安全閥為(wei)壹體(ti),組(zu)成先(xian)導式(shi)壓(ya)力閥,該(gai)閥即是卸(xie)荷(he)閥又(you)是安全閥,有(you)時又(you)是溢流閥.卸(xie)荷(he)時其控(kong)制(zhi)油道(dao)貫(guan)穿各(ge)路換(huan)向閥,同(tong)前述(shu)卸(xie)荷(he)油道(dao).當各路換向閥處(chu)於(yu)中立位置(zhi)時,卸(xie)荷(he)閥的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)油道(dao)(見(jian)圖1b和圖2)貫(guan)穿各(ge)路換(huan)向閥並(bing)與油箱(xiang)連通(tong).卸(xie)荷(he)時,大部分油液(ye)卸(xie)荷(he),通(tong)道(dao)短(duan),壓(ya)力損(sun)失低.任壹路(lu)閥換(huan)向工作,便切(qie)斷控(kong)制(zhi)油道(dao),油源來(lai)油就從換向閥進(jin)入(ru)執(zhi)行(xing)元(yuan)件工作(zuo),其(qi)工作(zuo)壓(ya)力大(da)小由導閥控(kong)制(zhi).此時(shi)系統(tong)壓(ya)力為(wei)導閥調(tiao)整(zheng)壓(ya)力.該(gai)種卸(xie)荷(he)方式,即使換(huan)向閥路(lu)數(shu)增加(jia),只(zhi)是控(kong)制(zhi)油道(dao)增(zeng)加(jia),卸(xie)荷(he)壓(ya)力增(zeng)加(jia)不大,始終(zhong)保持較低(di)卸(xie)荷(he)壓(ya)力,此(ci)種卸(xie)荷(he)方式多用(yong)於(yu)手動(dong)換(huan)向閥,卸(xie)荷(he)可靠.
